皆さん、こんにちは！ 採用担当 花植です(^^)
今回は入社２か月目研修に参加しました(^^)
２か月目研修は２日間で、店頭で実際に行う手続き内容などの より専門性の高い内容を学びました！
今回インタビューをお願いしたのは、
au Styleイオンモールナゴヤドーム前の
國政さんです!!
まだまだ緊張する場面が多い中でも、
先輩スタッフにサポートしてもらいながら、
社会人として充実した毎日を過ごしています(^^)
自分の成長を実感できるのも当社の魅力ですよ♪
店舗配属から１カ月が経ち皆さんも店舗での業務を 通して以前より顔つきが変わってました(*^-^*)
次は３か月研修!! さらに成長した姿が見えるのが楽しみです☆
