少しずつ日差しも春めいてきましたね！

今回はクロップスのメンター制度についてご紹介します！
メンターとは教える人のこと！
ちなみに教わる人はメンティといいます！
クロップスでは入社して集合研修を終えたら2ヶ月目から各店舗に配属されます！
配属後はメンティー一人につき、一人のメンターが付きます。
研修期間が終わるまで、常に行動をともにするので、わからないことは気軽に聞けますし、
店舗のメンバーともメンターを通してすぐ打ち解けることができるんです！
些細なことから大きな悩みまで常に相談しやすい環境があります。
